POLICE are appealing for witnesses after an elderly cyclist was badly injured after colliding with a pedestrian outside Bank Quay train station.
PC Graham Davies, of Warrington Town Centre NPU, says he wants information to determine the circumstances of what happened.
He believes the collision happened on the pelican crossing on Parker Street outside of the train station.
The cyclist is expected to be in hospital for three months, police say.
The incident happened at 3.30pm on April 9.
