LYMM Water Tower has gone on sale for £2.5 million for the first time since it was transformed into a luxury family home in 2004.
The owner of the water tower can also expect to earn up to £50,000 a year from a mobile phone mast hidden in the turret, which is used by mobile phone networks.
The five bedroom home features a home cinema, hot tub, water bed and roof terrace.
There is also a koi carp pond, gym and sauna and the new owner will also enjoy a 360 degree view of the surrounding countryside.
The 130 year old water tower is grade II listed and took seven years to complete.
It was featured in the TV show Grand Designs and has won several prestigious awards, including a top prize from the Royal Institute of British Architects.
The property is on the market with Strutt & Parker and for more information visit lymmwatertower.com.
