I'VE got a text stalker!

It started some time ago when I got two rather romantic messages.

My first thought was that these lovely sentiments were being wasted on me.

So I sent a text back to say they had the wrong person.

I was also a bit worried that should my husband see them he'd jump to conclusions and think I was having an affair.

The texts stopped, but now he or she has started again.

This week I got two messages saying: "Is this David Ramsey?"

So I replied with a text saying: "No".

Since then I've had another eight messages - seven of them received late last night.

"Who r u then?" was the first. Why would they want to know?

If I told them would it make any difference to their lives?

Then there followed: "I asked who ur then."

Then the slightly more sinister "I know its u so dont lie."

Followed by a ranting one wanting to know why I wouldn't tell him/her if they had the right number.

Then out of the blue from this same buffoon: "I miss you (this was said about 10 times) I miss the conversation, I miss you and all that you are."

Then we're back to ranting: "OK. The ball is in your court. If this is not the dave that i thought it was then you are not the dave that i was looking 4 and i wont text u again. I really dont know if I have the right number so if i don't please tell me and i won't bother you again. I need 2 find him if ur not him then tell me."

Well really, this woman (I'm assuming it is a woman) is completely deluded.

Even if I was Dave, I obviously don't feel the same way that she does.

Has she got no self-respect?

He doesn't want you love, so get over it!

God, now I'm losing it!

Anyway, back to the texts: "Please heal my pain. Px" was the next one.

Then the slightly more rational: "Got a new job in b/burn. Call in and see me. Txt me back and i'll tell u where."

So here's my dilemma - do I carry on ignoring them and hope she gets bored?

Or do I text her back again to tell her categorically that I'm not Dave, have never been Dave and I am not waiting for an op to become Dave!

If anyone knows poor old Dave, then let him know 'P' is desperate to talk to him!
