CHRISTMAS cards in September... whatever next.
We're only part way through the month and already I've seen a card shop in Golden Square selling Christmas cards, gift bags and wrapping.
Some of us don't want to think about Christmas just yet.
The sun is shining today, for a change and I for one am still hoping for the Indian summer all the forecasters keep talking about.
I'm ever the optimist!
There should be a rule banning all talk and promotion of Christmas before November - that's plenty of time - eight weeks of it!
Months of preparation for one day - it's bonkers!
