THE owners of Snoutwood Trotters have paid tribute to the 'wonderful' Dave Myers.
It was announced on Thursday that the Hairy Bikers star had sadly died aged 66 after a battle with cancer.
Liam and Rebecca welcomed Dave and Si to their Great Sankey farm last September and said it was "a privilege to have met them both".
Rebecca said: "We were both so devastated to hear about the loss of Dave Myers this morning.
"A truly wonderful man and real fun character - the same off screen as he was on screen.
"It was a privilege to have met both Dave and Si and we are so grateful to have spent the day with you - one we will never forget.
"Sending so much love and strength to Dave's family, Si, friends, and all of the crew/team that he worked with."
