“Nothing has been too much trouble and the standard of communication between Keate, mum, and us as relatives has been exemplary.

“There is absolutely nothing to fault in our experience so far.

“I feel confident that mum is being very well cared for and that the staff at Keate are going out of their way to ensure that her needs are being met.”

“My main concern was the safe care of my dad. The home is immaculate, clean and bright.

“The staff are very caring, helpful and always keeping their guests in a happy and comfortable manner.

“I have witnessed on every visit how caring and professional staff behave with all of their guests, and I am more than satisfied with my dad's care, and I know he is too.
