Vibrant purple wisteria cascades around the doorway and windows with white wisteria dotted through.

Having created her first floral design for the popular Stockton Heath salon four years ago, Emma Leanne Smith at Event Cheshire was given free rein by owner Leanne Holt to refresh the flowers outside the door and above the window.

Emma, who lives in Sandymoor, said: “When Leanne got in touch she gave me free rein to create what I felt would suit the shop and promote her brand.

“I love it when a client has complete trust and faith in me to deliver a design which is on trend, unique to them and most definitely guaranteed to get noticed.

“I sent an artist’s impression and she fell in love with the design asking how quickly I could create it.”

She added: “Leanne and I have been on similar journeys - two women who have set up businesses during the pandemic and have dug deep to grow their brand during extremely tough economic times.

“My ambition is to spread the floral fever throughout the village and would love to offer my services to other businesses who would like put their stamp on their premises.”

Leanne, who opened Brhaive just before the Covid-19 pandemic, said: “Emma’s first floral piece has brought so much positive attention – people actually know us as the salon with flowers outside and it’s become part of our identity.

“As we have evolved as a salon, we thought it was time for a change as well as a refresh.

“Emma knows our brand so well and was keen to bring my vision to life.

“Our brand is all about creating a holistic sanctuary that nurtures people’s wellbeing.

“The colours of our branding – purple - represents renewal and serenity and the wisteria flowers resemble love and devotion.

“As you can imagine, we are delighted with the finished creation and feel as though the new floral piece represents the new beginnings, love and serenity that our salon promotes.”
