Unfortunately my grandad died on Sunday morning.
I thought that I would have a terrible day, but thanks to my wonderful children it turned into a wonderful day.
It is so easy to let things get you down, but teaching ourselves to appreciate each day and look on what we have got and not what we haven't got is so important. So often people can be blind to this.
