TWO young entrepreneurs are celebrating after their estate agent became the first in Warrington to win a Gold British Property Award.

Charlie Green, 23, and Mike Chung, 24, set up Admove, based on Bridgewater Street in Lymm, less than 12 months ago in a small office.

But the firm, which offers services for sales, lettings, land and new homes, is progressing rapidly and has now listed more than 100 properties with a total value of more than £25 million.

Company director Mr Chung said: "Since starting up last year in a back-room office, it is fantastic to have been recognised by the British Property Awards so early on in our journey.

"Our ethos at Admove is simple – we work hard to provide our clients with the professional service they deserve."

Fellow director Mr Green added: "We would like to thank all of our clients for the support and positive feedback we have received.

"We believe this award is a true testament to our hard work and commitment."

Robert McLean, from The British Property Awards, said the award 'has been designed to remove any opportunity for bias or manipulation'.

He added: "If an agent has won one of our awards it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels they have demonstrated.

"Any agent that has been attributed with our award should be proud that their customer service levels provide a benchmark for their competition."

Admove was also shortlisted for regional and national awards but fell short of further glory at an awards ceremony on September 9.
