Port Sunlight 30 Moore 30
THE in-form Moore hit a stumbling block at Port Sunlight in the South Lancs/Cheshire Division Two on Saturday with a 30-30 draw.
Moore took the lead with two penalties from Lewis Johnston before Port took a 19-6 advantage.
Adam Wadsworth scored a penalty to end the half at 19-9 and Moore made a good start to the second half with a Steve Taylor try.
Sloppy play after the restart saw Port add a penalty but Taylor went over again to hit back.
Port looked to have won it with a try and a penalty taking them 30-23 ahead but Wadsworth grabbed a late try and conversion to level the match.
