WARRINGTON Campus men’s football second team blew a late lead as they went down 4-2 to Bangor, writes Ashley Thornton-Jones.
Goals from Tom Keegan and Rob Herbert set the hosts up for their first win of the season, but three Bangor goals in the last 10 minutes saw Warrington’s losing streak continue.
Elsewhere, the third team lost 3-1 at Keele, while the women’s team were beaten 6-3 by MMU.
In other sports, the women’s netball side recorded an impressive 35-8 win over MMU but there were defeats for both hockey sides.
The men’s team lost 7-0 to Liverpool John Moores, while the women’s team were beaten 6-3 by Liverpool.
