IN his latest column Wolves chief executive Roger Draper looks ahead to the off season.

WE are a month into the launch of our new membership scheme and people are increasingly getting used to the new ways.

Saturday saw our first members’ day in Golden Square in the town centre and we were pleased to see so many people there.

We are still getting some questions, people asking if they still get a physical season ticket booklet.

The answer is 'no' but we are explaining to people that you now get so much more such as unique experiences and rewards for our fans.

We are moving the club into the 21st century.

Saturday was of course about membership but it was also another piece in the jigsaw of fan engagement.

It was great to see the interaction between the fans, the club and the players. In what other sport are the players so happy to give their time and meet the supporters?

It is important that we take the club to the town centre as well.

While the season may have finished on a high with wins in our last two games, off the pitch it is our busiest time of the year.

I said to the staff last week, this is when our Super Eights start!

We have got a lot to do with membership, a big fan night on November 4, the launch of our new website on the same day and the launch of the new kit later that month.

We are expecting the Magic Weekend fixtures to be released on October 16 and the full fixtures for 2016 around October 22.

All clubs will have two Thursday night home games and we expect around four or five games on a Friday and four or five on a Sunday.

We will also then be starting the work to gut Wolfware ahead of the new store refit.

Now we are at the end of our season, we can reflect on 2015.

It is too early to make any reactions to the new system but our interest ended after three or four games which is our fault.

We have not been consistent enough which has been a frustration.

But we are the only Super League team to beat Leeds home and away and we beat Wigan at home, which was my highlight of the year.

There was also the final 40 seconds at home to Widnes, the first half at Castleford and the last game at St Helens.

We have said goodbye to a lot of players but all have acted in such a dignified way.

I would like to pay particular tribute to Joel Monaghan and his 145 tries in 145 games which is incredible.

All credit to Joel for the way he handled himself.

He came here in difficult circumstances and he can leave the club as a true legend.
