WOLVES’ under 16s lost 11-4 to Castleford at the Victoria Park Arena on Saturday.
The visitors took control of the game in the first half, and crossed for two tries to lead 0-10 at the break.
Their hosts responded well, and closed to within a converted score of levelling the game when Liam Brinksman crossed.
But they couldn’t force another score, and a late Castleford drop-goal put the game out of reach.
Wolves’ next fixture is against Wigan on June 22.
