MARK Beesley admits the schedule facing his Warrington Town side in the weeks ahead is “daunting.”

However, he is determined to stick to his “one game at a time” mantra and deal with each challenge as it comes.

Yellows, who are currently on a five-match unbeaten run in league football, are on the road this week – they visit Curzon Ashton on Saturday before a long midweek trip to Spennymoor Town on Tuesday.

That starts a run that will see Town play seven times across the next four weeks and with a paper-thin squad at his disposal, scope for change is limited.

As such, Beesley is keen to stick to what has served them best.

“It is daunting, but we can’t look too far ahead,” he said.

“We have to just look at Curzon and then we’ll move onto Spennymoor on Tuesday and so on.

“We work game-to-game – that’s all we can do and that’s how it’s been all season.

“We do our homework on all teams but the focus generally just goes on the next game.”

Yellows will have to cope without forward Matty Grivosti for the short trip to Curzon as he serves a one-match ban following his sending-off during the goalless draw against Boston United on Saturday.

That looks likely to present an opportunity for Polish youngster Kacper Pasiek to make his debut having joined on a work experience loan from Preston North End last week.

The 18-year-old – a versatile left-sided player – was an unused substitute against Boston but looks set for action in Tameside.

“We’ve watched him a few times and he’s highly thought-of at Preston,” Beesley said of his newest signing.

“We’ve got a really good relationship with Preston and Kacper was maybe someone we were looking at for next year, but to get the opportunity to take him now is a bonus.

“With Matty getting sent off, it probably gives him an opportunity next week.”

Town will still be without skipper Josh Amis for the foreseeable future as he recovers from an ankle injury while midfielder Matty McDonald will have to be assessed after he was forced off on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Yellows’ upcoming trip to Peterborough Sports – scheduled for Saturday, March 9 – will have to be rearranged due to the Turbines’ progress to the FA Trophy quarter finals. A new date for the game will be announced in due course.
