Royal Mail do not seem to be delivering regular post.
We’ve only had letters delivered once in the past month, when the postman delivered a stack of letters on the same day.
My bank card expired in mid November - the bank sent a replacement on November 1, this was finally delivered on November 10, but they had already cancelled it by that point because it was deemed as lost in the post.
They sent a replacement on November 16 and this is nowhere to be seen.
Along with the missing bank card, I have four first or second class signed for items that are missing, one of which was sent over three weeks ago.
I live in Chapelford.
Royal Mail cannot be reached to make a complaint.
I spent over an hour in the queue, only to be hung up on as soon as it was answered.
