THE Government has given £121million to Warrington for transport improvements (Warrington Guardian, February 26).
I can just see the councillors sitting around deciding how many miles of more empty cycle lanes that will support.
I wonder what Warrington’s share of the UK’s one per cent of the world’s greenhouse gases amounts to.
