I REFER to your article regarding three youths on electric bikes riding through the town centre and doing wheelies while passing the memorial to the victims of the Warrington bombings.
Not only is this an insult to the victims and their families, but it shows a complete disregard for respect.
Warrington Borough Council needs to prevent bicycles from being ridden in the town centre.
It must also make cyclists dismount their bicycles as they approach the town centre at an agreed parameter and push their bicycles through the town centre to an agreed exit point.
