WITH reference to the stories about ‘yobs on bikes’ – they need a free place to ride.
I am a biker, and most of it is to do with the fact we have nowhere to ride.
The BMX track should be open to us. They build ramp parks for BMX-ers, and if I am right in saying, they aren’t a headline any more.
Opening up the BMX track to dirt bikes would keep them in one area and also regenerate the track which it is in desperate need of.
I have lived here for 40 years, and how people do not see the benefits of this is beyond me.
